A nice film for which my heartiest congratulations to Mr Sunil Joshi and Madam Joshi. It's very true that unless official responsible for correct implementation of govt. policies in a responsible manner, even the best policies can not be of any use to common man. Besides making rules it should also be ensured that they reach to the lowest common man in true spirit.
