I AM PLANNING TO DO A COURSE IN SOUND ENGINEERING FROM WWIL.CAN ANY EXPERT IN THE FEILD GUIDE ME WHETHER ITS WORTH IT AS THE FEES IS QUITE STEEP 11 LACS APROX FOR 2 YRS (IN ADDITION TO THE OPORTUNITY COST). The starting salary for freshers for location sync sound is about Rs 5000/month. This could go upto Rs 1,00,000/ month if the assistant is good, within two years.
The starting salary for freshers for studios is about Rs 3-5000/month. This could go upto Rs 15,000/ month if the assistant is good, within 2 years.
